Mailcoms Ltd may take card details over the phone but once manual card payments have been processed all card details are destroyed and not retained by Mailcoms Ltd or on any of our servers. GoCardless has its own privacy policy at: https://gocardless.com/legal/privacy/ Mailcoms Ltd may retain direct debit bank details on our local storage but will not be shared outside Mailcoms Ltd or our Direct Debit payment provider GoCardless.
